COUNTRY CROSSING VOUCHERS
DOTHAN, Ala. – The Houston Economic Development Association, the operator of Country Crossing’s electronic bingo operation, says that when the venue reopens it will redeem bingo vouchers dated January 28 and 29 even if the vouchers are expired.
“All of our vouchers are valid for 180 days from the date they are printed,” says Frank Wendt, president, HEDA. “We highly value our patrons and want to make sure that anyone who didn’t have a chance to cash in their voucher the day before or the day we closed our doors is able to collect their winnings.”
Vouchers dated prior to January 28 will be held to Country Crossing’s traditional policies and will be valid for 180 days from the date they were printed. These vouchers cannot be redeemed once they expire.
Wendt further says, “It is unfortunate that we aren’t able to operate our legal business without being bullied by political leaders in this state. Nevertheless, we will honor our commitments to our patrons. And, we will continue to do everything necessary to reopen our doors.”
Country Crossing closed its doors on January 29 to prevent the governor’s task force from executing an illegal raid on the establishment.
